Meet Justin Stille, Kardie's Newest Oil and Gas Team Member
Kardie Equipment is excited to announce our newest hire—Justin Stille. With a background in oil and gas, Justin has the expertise and experience to help companies in the oil and gas industry find the right equipment for their latest projects. With experience in equipment rental and sales, he understands the needs of companies in the oil and gas industry from working with some of the biggest names in the business.
Meet Justin Stille
Kardie Equipment welcomes Justin, who specializes in business development in the oil and gas industry. After earning his Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Houston, Justin got his start in equipment rentals working as an outside sales representative for Sunbelt Rentals in 2008. He then went on to become an outside sales representative for Volvo (now BlueLine Rental), where he worked intimately with oil and gas plant contractors and plant developers.
After his tenure at BlueLine, Justin worked in outside sales for Victaulic and ASCO Equipment before finding his way to Kardie Equipment as an oil and gas sales rep. Justin has extensive knowledge of oil and gas plant operations, having often helped companies find the right equipment for turnaround projects. Some of Justin’s past customers include Bilfinger, S&B Engineers, Refchem, H&M Mechanical, Mundy, Olmstede, Stronghold, PSC, Clean Harbours, Universal Plant Service, Dacon, Air Liquide, American Acryle, Dixie Chemical, and Kaneka.
Justin also has an equipment rental background, so he understands the importance of temporary rentals as an option for customers. Many oil and gas companies may not have a need to buy equipment for a project. However, they do need the option to rent a quality aerial lift for a one-off project.
Of all the options for oil and gas projects, Justin likes the Bronto aerial lift best because of its safety benefits. While scaffolding and cranes with manbaskets can get the job done, they were not designed to lift people. Additionally, the equipment that Kardie Equipment rents can reach up to 300 feet, while most other options only reach to 185 feet.

In the past, Kardie Equipment has worked on turnaround projects with Shell in Deer Park, Texas, and CITGO in Lake Charles, Louisiana, with an upcoming project with Valero in Three Rivers, Texas. For these rental projects, our team helped these companies find the right rental equipment, and Kardie Equipment operators were on-site with workers to show them how to safely and efficiently operate the equipment.
